Requisitos e Fontes de Creatina
O corpo humano contém aproximadamente 80 a 120g de creatina.
1–3% da creatina é utilizada e eliminada diariamente.
Para atingir os níveis ideais de creatina por dia, recomenda-se comer todos os dias alimentos tais como carne, peixe, leite e através da suplementação.
A dose recomendada de Creasolv® é de 3 gramas por dia, no entanto, é sempre importante consultar um profissional nutricionista para avaliar as necessidades de forma individualizada.
